Your guide to picking, scoring and taking on Fantaski AI Bot.
World Cup Fanatic: make a fresh pick for every race. Miss the deadline and score zero.
World Cup Follower: make fresh race picks. If you miss one, your most recent pick for the same gender and discipline in this season carries over. Without a previous matching pick, you score zero.
World Cup Feeling Lucky: confirm standing picks for each gender and discipline. They automatically fill matching future races. You can override any individual race; that manual pick is protected when you change your standing picks.
Choose your style at signup or in Settings. Changes affect open races only; closed picks and scores never change. All three styles use the same scoring and league rules.

and try to beat the Fantaski AI Bot that makes its own picks.
Your mission is simple: predict the top five finishers in every World Cup race and beat the Fantaski AI Bot.
Alongside your athlete picks, you can also predict how each nation will perform. This contributes to Fantaski’s version of the Nations Cup — you score points based on how well you predict the highest-scoring nations on race day.
If you prefer to skip nation predictions, choose Athlete picks only under the Settings tab.
Fantaski uses the official FIS World Cup points system:
100 for 1st, 80 for 2nd, 60 for 3rd, 50 for 4th, 45 for 5th, 40 for 6th, 36 for 7th, 32 for 8th, 29 for 9th, 26 for 10th, then 24, 22, 20, 18, 16 for 11th–15th, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11 for 16th–20th, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6 for 21st–25th, and 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 for 26th–30th.
You earn points based on how accurately you predicted each finishing place:
Every correct placement matters!
For nation predictions, we add together the World Cup points earned by all athletes from each country in a race to create a ranked list of nations. Your Nations Cup score depends on how accurately you predict which countries field the strongest teams on race day.
