SMS Privacy

What we collect

If you choose SMS reminders, Fantaski stores your mobile number, its country, verification status, timezone, reminder preferences, quiet hours and records of your consent or withdrawal. We also record message attempts, provider message identifiers and delivery status. Phone verification codes are stored as salted hashes, expire after ten minutes and have a limited number of attempts.

How it is used

We use this information to verify your number, send the race reminders you requested, prevent duplicate or abusive messages, honor your preferences and investigate delivery problems. SMS is optional. Your phone number is not displayed to other players or league administrators.

Service providers

Messages are processed by Amazon Web Services and telecommunications providers as necessary to deliver them. Depending on your country, processing may take place outside your country. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings, through the unsubscribe link in a reminder, or by replying STOP where supported. Withdrawal stops future reminders; previous consent and delivery records remain for service auditing. Changing your phone number requires verifying the new number.
